  • To third-party service providers such as Power Diary for appointment scheduling and management, Stripe for invoicing, Square for scheduling, and Notion for storing client notes, tracking progress, and recording handouts and worksheets, ensuring they adhere to privacy standards.

We take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes secure storage and access controls.
