About Me
Hi, I'm Chels!
With over a decade of dedication to mental health, I am here to help you reconnect with your inner power and engage meaningfully with your life. As a Masters-qualified psychotherapist registered with PACFA, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight to my practice.

Now, I'm expanding to offer face-to-face sessions after a year of providing nationwide Telehealth for teens and adults.

What I Stand For
Empowerment and Connection: My core values centre around supporting people to feel empowered and regain the capacity to enjoy their lives.

Inclusive Practice: As part of the LGBTQIA+ community and existing on the ASD spectrum, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, ensuring a safe, non-judgmental environment where everyone feels genuinely heard and understood.

Therapeutic Versatility: I am skilled in various types of therapy and work alongside my clients to choose the most beneficial approach. My practice spans from children and adolescents to adults, specialising in working with teens and facilitating successful group programs around understanding emotions and managing anger.

Helping you make space to be human.

A Little About Me
When I'm not working, I cherish time with my little family of four, including our fur babies, Pepper the cat and Winston the lab. I have specially curated playlists for almost any mood or life event and am always looking for more song recommendations. Torn between my love for reading books and my passion for continually adding to my TBR pile, I balance my professional and personal interests to stay grounded.
My personal experiences within the mental health system have provided me with deep insights and empathy for my clients. This journey fuels my commitment to creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel genuinely heard and understood.
I look forward to offering much-needed services to my local community and beyond.
